Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and aim to get your order out the door as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a set threshold — check the current offer displayed on our homepage.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our courier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Missed deliveries

If you're not home when your order arrives, our courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your nearest depot. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Damaged or lost parcels

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@ozbargains.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
