Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Oz Bargains. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping and offer you a full refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever you prefer. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: perishable goods, personal care items that have been opened, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to lodge a return

Step 1
Email us at hello@ozbargains.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Step 3
Pack the item securely and send it back using the method we provide.
Step 4
Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor fault, we may repair or replace it. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
